Most things are quicker to do yourself: entering a meeting, buying a ticket, looking up a result. For everything else, here is who to ask.

Do it yourself

These are the fastest routes, and they work at any hour.

Email

Draft: needs club sign-off

These addresses do not exist yet. The club has a domain but no mail set up on it, so nothing below can receive a message. Until that is done, Facebook is the only reliable way to reach the club in writing. The split below is a proposal. Confirm the addresses the club actually wants, and who reads each.

Reporting something serious

If it happened at a meeting and needs dealing with straight away, find an official or a marshal at the circuit rather than emailing. For a safety concern raised afterwards, see the safety page. Concerns raised after an event are taken as seriously as those raised on the day.

Draft: needs club sign-off

The club needs to confirm its route for formal complaints, protests under SACU rules, and safeguarding concerns, including who handles each and whether any can be raised anonymously. These should not share an inbox with general enquiries.
